How does Wifi Smart Pack™ work? Set up your own HotSpot.
Sign-up Process
When you sign up, you will be asked for various information :
You will be able to read, sign and print out the contract and the authorization for direct debit.
Fees
When you order your Wifi Smart Pack™, you will be charged a set up fee. Then, you will be subscribed to our Managed Services, which are your monthly fees including the hosting of the centralized platform. It is a commitment-free offer.
Choose your rates
Our system is very flexible; you will be able to offer various pricing plans to your customers. Concerning these options, you can either make them free or paid. You can use as many options as you want among the following :
Please note that these rates can be changed on-the-go via our intuitive web-based interface. Furthermore, you can generate access codes to use instead of scratch cards.

That's what we like about Wifi Smart Pack™ - it's really easy to set up. All you have to do is connect your new Access controller to your ISP modem / router.

Your HotSpot
Your customers equipped with Wi-Fi compatible devices only have to connect to the Wifi Smart Access™ wireless network, launch their browser and enter the access code (located on the scratch card) in order to access Internet. There is no need to configure their mobile device (laptop, Wi-Fi phone, PDA, pocket PC…) to get connected. Our solution is designed for neophytes in IT as well as for professional users.
For security reasons, when there are several users connected simultaneously, they are isolated from each other. Furthermore, our solution makes sure the bandwidth is shared fairly between them.
The platform that manages Wifi Smart Pack™ is completely redundant, which minimizes the risk of failures.
Wifi Smart Access™ Scratch Cards
Along with your Wifi Smart Pack™, you will receive several sets of scratch cards, depending on the options you have chosen during the registration.
When a customer needs Internet access, he/she just has to ask for a scratch card at the front desk. This way, you can be sure that nobody connects to your HotSpot for free, without actually being your customer and bringing you revenue.
You can order additional scratch cards through our website. Please check our pricing plans.
If you prefer not to use scratch cards, your Wifi Smart Pack™ interface will help you generate access codes which can be printed out and given to your customers. This way, there will be no need to order additional scratch cards.
Advantages of Wifi Smart Pass™ free affiliation
When you purchase your Wifi Smart Pack™, you are immediately (and free of charge) affiliated to the Wifi Smart Pass™ network. This gives you several important advantages :
Example: it’s midnight, your HotSpot is closed, but a neighbor needs to check his/her mailbox. In this case, he/she connects to the Wifi Smart Access™ wireless network associated to your HotSpot, uses his/her credit card to get a Wifi Smart Pass™ virtual wallet and can then enjoy fast and secure Internet access. If this person stays online for 38 minutes and your per minute rate is 0.15 EUR/minute, you will be credited with 0.15*38=5.7 EUR minus a 5% commission.
Your revenue from Wifi Smart Pass™ is automatically calculated by our billing system and transferred to your banking account. Sit back and watch the money flow.
Check your invoices
In the members area, you can view your incoming and outgoing invoices.
In the incoming invoices area, you can see how much you have paid for Wifi Smart Pack™, Managed Services and Scratch Cards.
In the outgoing invoices, you can view your additional revenue generated through Wifi Smart Pass™ network.
View statistics
You have access to all the detailed statistics concerning your HotSpot(s): number / duration / location of connections, data up/downloaded per session, MAC address of end users.
View your Scratch Cards information
You can check how many scratch cards you have left, how many of them have been used, how many have been sold, etc. These statistics are very detailed and give you full control over the situation.
Our solution automatically sends you a message when you have less than 5 scratch cards of one type left, inviting you to order additional sets from our website.
